Enrollment & Forms
The Green Buttons are all the Forms needed for Enrollment along with a copy of the students Birth Certificate and Immunization Records.
The Orange Buttons are all the Forms needed for the National School Lunch Program whether its your first time applying or a change in your household has altered your qualifications and you would like to re-apply.
The Blue Buttons are all of the Everyday Forms you need or want to look at.
Our school year runs from early August through late May. To assure your student(s) a seat for the 2011/2012 school year we begin accepting enrollment forms on May 1, 2011. Enrollment packets must include a copy of the student's birth certificate as well as their immunization record. A list is available of Free sites you can go for immunizations. Click Here.
Students are notified over the summer of placement, schedules, and supplies needed. Enrollment priority is given to siblings of existing children.
FEES
ESC is a tuition-free school. The only fee we have is for our required school t-shirt that every ESC student is required to wear. The cost of the shirts are $5.00 each due at enrollment.
